Outbound Sales & Marketing Contractor (1099)
TopTier Cleaning Solutions — Chicagoland
TopTier is looking for a reliable, organized contractor to support steady lead generation for our cleaning services. In this role, you will help introduce the company to prospective clients, keep outreach moving, and work closely with the sales team as qualified opportunities develop.

- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

- Approximately 15 hours per week

- $18/hour
Role details
What you'll do
- Send targeted cold emails to prospective clients and represent TopTier professionally in every message.
- Make follow-up and cold calls to introduce our commercial, residential, and industrial cleaning services and identify potential needs.
- Log outreach activity and keep lead status current in our CRM so the team has a clear view of follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales team by handing over qualified leads and supporting a steady, organized lead-generation process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role preferred; a couple of years of experience is helpful.
- Reliable high-speed internet for fully remote work.
- Own computer and phone.
- Professional phone manner and clear, respectful communication.
- Comfort with basic CRM and email tools; we'll train you on our process.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to follow through on scheduled outreach.
